Skinny singles in pickleball is a great way to improve your game.

Pickleball Skinny Singles

Skinny Singles is a modified version of singles pickleball where players only use half of the court. It’s a great way to practice shot placement, control, and strategy without covering the entire court.

How to Play Skinny Singles:

1. Half-Court Play: Instead of using the full width of the court, players only play on one side (either the even or odd side) depending on the serve.

2. Scoring: Typically follows standard singles pickleball rules, but players can adjust based on preference.

3. Serve Positioning:

• If your score is even (0, 2, 4, etc.), you serve from the right (even) side and play only within that half.

• If your score is odd (1, 3, 5, etc.), you serve from the left (odd) side and play only within that half.

4. Ball Must Stay in the Designated Half: Shots that land in the unused half of the court are out.
