Pickleball Body Bag
In pickleball, a "body bag" refers to a shot that hits an opponent directly in the body, usually on purpose and typically during a fast-paced exchange at the net (like during a hands battle). It's often used to catch someone off guard or when they're in a poor position and can't defend properly.
It’s not usually meant to hurt—it’s more about winning the point by targeting the torso where it’s harder to react quickly. But when it happens, players might joke around and say, "Oof, you got body bagged!" or "That's a body bag!"
It's part of the fun banter in the game—but it can definitely sting (physically and ego-wise).
